Using Stock Easy

  • Connect to your account, here
  • Open the burger menu on the top left

 

  • Click on the square-like icon with an arrow in the middle on the bottom left of your screen to access Stock Easy

Creating a product with a barcode

 

Product Used - Box of screen-cleaning wipes

  • Click on create a product

  • Click on Scan a Barcode

  • A scanned barcode will appear that way, you must click on “Validate this barcode”



  • Stock Easy goes through its databases to fetch information available from the barcode scanned. The available information will be automatically added. You can edit this information as much as you want to completed it
    • Product Info - most of it should be fetched by Stock Easy, you can add, delete, edit information including photos

  • Variations - Stock Easy gives you a number of options for variations that are available in our databases. You can add your own variations as well. More help below in the Variation Guide

  • Price - Info fetched by Stock Easy can be changed according to your prices

  • Stock - Add your stock

  • Confirmation - your product was added

 

  • Your product is now added and can be seen on the home screen

Creating a product without a barcode / not in Stock Easy database

 

Product Used - Metal Water Bottle available in 50cl and 1l

  • Click on create a product

  • Click on “No Barcode”

  • If you do not have a barcode or the product you are adding is not in the Stock Easy database, you will need to enter the information yourself
    • Product Info - take a photo of the product, product name, brand, category, description.
      • For the category, you can either choose an existing category or create a new one. This new category will be evaluated by our teams

 

  • Variations - create your variations. Need to create at least one for size, in the example, two. See Variation Guide below

 

  • Price - enter price for the product or different prices based on the variation.

  • Stock - enter stock for your product

  • Confirmation Screen - check that the entered information is correct



  • Your product is now added and can be seen on the home screen

 

Variation Guide

Products Without Variations

It is assumed that each product in Stock Easy could have variations. Therefore, a size variation must be attached to each product. If there is only one size, the variation can be called Unique

Products with Size Variations

In the variation tab, create a first variation for the first size, and then a second one for the second, just like below

Products with Size and Color Variations

We recommend that each color variation be its own product with size variations. That way, each color will have its own product page and it will be easier to showcase all colors to a user. If you still want to have all colors of a product variation within the same product, you must create each size variation for each color

Example - Converse with 2 colors and 3 sizes

 

 

Editing a product

 

In order to Edit a product, you need to click on the product you want to edit in the Stock Easy Home Screen

 

Once the product page is charged, you get to the product details and you can edit:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Status - green means active (product is available and can be online), red means inactive (we recommend you make the status inactive when you are out of stock for a product)

 

 

In order to edit anything else, you must choose a variation to edit:

  • Click on the color variation you want
  • Click on the variation you would like to edit

 

Once inside a variation you can edit:

  • Stock
  • Price
  • Outlet Price
  • Photos
  • Status

 

 

In order to edit Stock information, we recommend you change the status when a product is out of stock. That way, no need to change stocks for each variation each time there is a sale made in store.
