Store managers :
Once you've been notified that an order has arrived, go to your order area here and click on the order in question.
Here you are on the pending order that has just been placed:
- Check that the products ordered are available. If yes, validate them by clicking on and if no , invalidate them by clicking on which will cancel the product and refund the customer.
The order is now reserved and awaiting shipment:
- Once the order is ready to be dispatched, Assign it to yourself and you can click on to confirm it, which will change the order to be shipped.
The order is now in shipped status:
- On the left, you can now select the items to be sent in your parcel. Once these have been selected, you can validate by clicking on which will open a pop-up window to generate the packing slip.
- All you have to do is prepare your parcel, print and stick on your label, then drop it off at the Post Office or depending on the delivery option chosen by the customer.
The order automatically changes to confirmed status.
Depending on the delivery methods offered on the platform :
Post office or Parcel point delivery will be represented on your order by the following icon
Home delivery will be represented on your order by the following icon
Click & Collect will be represented by a little man pictogram
This information will also appear on the packing slip.
In case of a return :
- All you have to do is click on the orange button
